Pink workwear is an easy way for a team to show support on an awareness day, and we list pink work shirts, polos, scrubs, tees, hoodies, caps and some pink safety gear. One thing to be clear about first: buying pink workwear isn't a donation in itself. Your money pays for the garment. If raising money is part of the day, plan the fundraising separately. Here's what to choose for different kinds of work, and what to check.
Wearing pink and giving aren't the same thing
Most of our pink garments are simply a colour option, and a colour name tells you nothing about charity. AS Colour's range includes a shade called Charity Pink, for example, and our listings for it don't mention a donation. The Inaura pink polos and scrubs carry Pink Ribbon embroidery, but our listings for those don't mention a donation either.
A few of our Biz Care pink scrub listings carry a supplier donation statement that we haven't been able to confirm is current, so please don't rely on it. If raising money matters on the day, give to the charity directly.
Pink options by type of work
Outdoor and trade work
For a cotton work shirt, the Pilbara closed front long sleeve shirts come in Hot Pink in both the men's RM200CF and the women's RM300CF. Both are listed as 150gsm cotton twill with two button down chest pockets: light enough for outdoor work in the heat, with long sleeves for sun cover. Sizes vary by colour: the men's shirt is listed in Hot Pink from XS to 6XL, while some other colours go to 9XL. The women's shirt also comes in a softer Blush, but read the sun protection line first: the RM300CF listing quotes "UPF 50+ Sun Protection - AS 4399:2020 (Excluding Blush, Mint, Stone)". Offices, shops and front counters
Polos are the easy choice. The Aussie Pacific Eureka comes in Pink/Black in both the men's 1304 and women's 2304, in 160gm polyester mini waffle knit, so a mixed team can match. The listings describe "Easy care fabric", which suits a polo people will wear again after the day. For women's fits there's also Pink/White in the Flinders 2308, a birdseye knit, and the V neck Yarra 2302. The Inaura Pink Womens Polo CST313LS and men's CST313MS have "Pink Ribbon embroidery on right hand side sleeve cuff". They're a 185 GSM pique, 80% polyester with cotton on the inside, in a single pink.
Healthcare and clinics
For clinic teams, the Inaura Pink Womens V-Neck Scrub Top CST245LS has Pink Ribbon embroidery on the right sleeve, and the matching Jogger Scrub Pant CSP241LL has it on the cargo pocket. The pant's listing adds a nice touch: "Cut the pink ribbon on the drawcord, and use the safety pin attached to the swing ticket to create a ribbon pin". Both are 77% recycled polyester, 19% viscose and 4% elastane, so they move with you on a busy shift, in sizes XXS to 3XL. Casual days and events
For a one-day dress-up, a tee or hoodie is the simplest option. The GOODMATES Basis Tee comes in Pink in men's and women's cuts, in 185gsm combed cotton. The AS Colour Staple Tee 5001 comes in several pinks, including Bubblegum, Charity Pink, Pale Pink and Pink. For cooler weather, the AS Colour Supply Hood 5101 comes in Pink, in 290 GSM cotton-rich fleece. Check sizes before you settle on a shade: the Staple Tee pinks and the Pink Supply Hood are listed XS to 3XL, while some other colours of both, such as black and navy, go to 5XL. Add a Legend Life Heavy Brushed Cotton Cap 4171 in Hot Pink if you want a cap as well.
Searching for pink jackets, leggings or PPE?
- Jackets. At the time of writing, the only jackets we list in pink are the Bisley taped hi vis rain jackets in Pink/Navy, which the pink hi vis guide covers. For warmth without hi vis, a pink hoodie is the practical option.
- Leggings. We don't list pink leggings. The women's leggings in our range come in black, and one also comes in navy.
- Safety glasses. Safe Style's Fusions and Cruisers come with a pink frame and clear lens. Both listings quote AS/NZS 1337.1:2010.

With any PPE, the colour is the easy part. Check the item against your site's requirements before you buy.
Choosing a pink the whole team can wear
"Pink" covers a lot of ground. Hot Pink on a cotton shirt, Pink on a polyester polo and Pale Pink on a tee can look like three different colours side by side, even when the names are close. If matching matters, keep everyone in one style, or choose styles that share a colourway, such as the Eureka polos.
Branding for an awareness day
If the garments are for a single day, keep your logo modest so people will happily wear them again. If you'd like a message or a charity's name on the garment, check with the charity first, because charities usually have rules about how their name and logo are used.
