No you don't need to make an appointment! Our team of experts are happy to chat to you in store. We have 2-levels of workwear, footwear and samples. Our team will establish the best look for your team.
What decoration services do you offer?
Our branding capabilities need to be diverse ensuring the best results for your logo. We offer embroidery, digital print, digital film transfer, screen printing and dye sublimation. You can read more about these here.
What is the best format to send my logo?
We prefer logos in an EPS/AI format. However we can accept PSD, JPEG, BMP, PNG or PDF. It must be high resolution, minimum of 300 dpi. If you just need basic text, you can also email it to is and our design team will create it for you.
What if I can't get these formats?
Don't stress! Just email our design team what you have and they will advise the best solution.
Will I see a sample before commencement of my embroidery order?
All new embroidery set ups will have a sample texted or emailed. It will require an approval before we can proceed with your order.
