How it works

  1. Send us the offer

    Tell us what you want to order and share the dated written quote, preferably issued in the past 60 days. Upload a PDF, screenshot, photo or Word document showing the retailer, product, quantity, GST and price.

  2. We review it

    Our team verifies the retailer's Australian physical store quote (normally within 60 days), checking it's a like-for-like product, quantity, decoration and GST component, and that the stock is available.

  3. We reply with our answer

    We may match a verified offer, propose a suitable alternative or explain why a match isn't available. Any price we offer is confirmed in a written quote.

What we compare

  • The same supplier product, style, colour and size mix
  • The same total quantity needed to get the quoted price
  • Equivalent decoration and artwork: method, positions and number of logos
  • The GST component shown on the quote, so prices are compared on the same basis
  • Freight, delivery cost and turnaround time
  • Stock: the garments must be available to order from the other retailer and from our supplier when we review it

Conditions

  1. This is a request for a price review, not an automatic or unconditional promise to match any price. Every request is reviewed and any offer is confirmed in writing by Distinctive Image.
  2. Send a genuine, verifiable written quote issued within the 60 calendar days before your request, from an Australian workwear or uniform retailer with an operating physical store or trade counter. Online-only sellers are not eligible. Older quotes are welcome for a fresh quotation, but may not qualify for a match.
  3. The quote must be provided with your request (upload it, or email it to sales@distinctiveimage.com.au). Requests stay pending until we receive it.
  4. The quote must identify the retailer and its issue date, the quantity needed for the quoted price, and the GST component. The quoted price must still be current and available when we assess it.
  5. The goods must be the same product, style, colour and size mix, in the same quantity, with equivalent decoration, artwork, setup, freight and turnaround.
  6. The garments must be in stock and available to order from the other retailer and from our supplier. Out-of-stock, backorder, unverifiable, clearance, liquidation and membership-only prices are excluded.
  7. Each request is assessed by an authorised manager against our approved commercial pricing rules. We do not commit to selling below our approved pricing limits.
  8. A reviewed offer can't be combined with quantity tiers, promotions, contract or portal pricing unless we confirm it in writing.
  9. Submitting a request doesn't reserve stock or set a binding price. Any offer is set out in a written Distinctive Image quote, which states its own validity period.
  10. Nothing in these conditions limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

What to have ready

  • The product you want from us (style code, name or link), colours, sizes and total quantity
  • Your decoration needs, such as embroidery or print, and logo positions
  • The other retailer's name, store location and the quote's issue date
  • Their quoted price, GST amount, freight and turnaround
  • The written quote itself: PDF, screenshot, photo or Word document. You can hide details that aren't part of the comparison.
